PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection technology of a variation of a measured value by a liquid quantity measuring means for a tank caused by a condition change, capable of detecting easily the variation to a reference value of the measured value in the liquid quantity measuring means when the condition is changed, without using a real or model liquid tank and a liquid quantity measuring means. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an input means 11 for receiving input of a condition on the liquid tank, a condition on the liquid quantity measuring means and a condition on the liquid; and a measured value variation detection means 12 for detecting the variation to the reference value of the measured value in the liquid quantity measuring means based on the condition on the liquid tank, the condition on the liquid quantity measuring means and the condition on the liquid.
