A surface scrubbing device (10) includes a pad base member (12) that has at least one exit port (210) with a connection structure (32) provided on the pad base member (12). A surface engaging member (18) is attached to the pad member (12). A storage chamber (202) is provided within the device (10) with fluid (16) stored therein. The storage chamber (202) is positioned within the pad base member (12). A user manipulatable pump (24) is provided in communication with the storage chamber (202) so that depression of the button (34) urges fluid (16) in the storage chamber (202) through the exit port (210) and to the surface engaging member (18). A wand (14) is removably connected to the pad member (12) via the connection means (32) to extend the reach of the scrubbing device (10).
