The device has an outer clutch with an outer cover (30) associated to an input shaft of a gear box. A drive flange (23) cinematically connected to a motor unit, drives the cover through its interlocking dents (41) cooperating with axial grooves (32) of a skirt (33) of the cover. The flange has tabs (31) axially shifted with respect to the dents and cooperating with the skirt`s inner side to center the flange with respect to the cover.
