A method for improving a field emission effect using carbon nanotubes is provided to reduce a peel off phenomenon of carbon nanotubes at high temperature, and to improve the life and efficiency of the carbon nanotubes. A method for improving a field emission effect using carbon nanotubes includes the steps of: finding out the optimum buffer by analyzing the growth of carbon nanotubes and an I-V characteristic graph according to a change in buffer parameters; and observing a change in the I-V characteristic graph according to coating thickness during a TiC coating process. |
