<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording/reproducing apparatus which arranges and stores a large quantity of photographic images to be viewed by displaying them, and to reduce an error in filming the photographic image. <P>SOLUTION: The image recording/reproducing apparatus comprising an image photographing portion and an image storage displaying portion provides a means to give an incidental information regarding the image to the photographic image in the image photographing portion when the photographic image is photographed. When the photographic image is displayed, a means to display based on the incidental information is provided in the image storage displaying portion. The image photographing portion has a system to take an image information in as a data in an electronic manner by using a device such as a CCD (charge coupled device) or the like without using a silver salt film. The incidental information is uniformly processed by using as an electronic data. The image storage displaying portion has a data storing portion and stores an image data or the like.
