<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide suture and ligation instrument, more surely achieving suture and ligation of biological tissue. <P>SOLUTION: This suture and ligation instrument 12 for achieving suture and ligation of biological tissue, includes: two leg parts 121 having a distal end and a proximal end; and a base end part connecting the proximal ends of two leg parts 121 to each other and plastically deformed into a predetermined shape in fitting to biological tissue, wherein the opposite surfaces of the two leg parts 121 are substantially parallel to each other, the base ends 122 of the two leg parts 121 are substantially right-angled to the two leg parts 121, a space is surrounded by the two leg parts 121 and the base end part 122, and the base end part 122 is provdied with at least two cutouts 42 as bending parts at a space, which are bent in the direction where the two leg parts 121 approach. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
