STRUCTURE FOR COOLING DEVICE OF KIMCHI REFRIGERATOR

A structure of a cooling apparatus in a kimchi refrigerator is provided to create a magnetic field on a steel pipe, which is a material of an evaporator pipe, such that the occurrence of corrosion and scaling in the steel pipe is prevented. A structure of a cooling apparatus in a kimchi refrigerator comprises an evaporator pipe(200) installed on an outside of a storage compartment(110) to circulate refrigerant and a coil(300) wound around the outer peripheral surface of the evaporator pipe while being spaced a certain distance apart from each other to create a magnetic field on the evaporator pipe. The coil is made of a steel pipe. The steel pipe has a diameter of about 6 to 10mm according to the size of the storage compartment. The coil is supplied with a power by a main power source of the refrigerator.
