<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal resistance type air flow meter capable of prolonging the backup period. <P>SOLUTION: An air flow detecting circuit 10 acquires output signal, according to the quantity of the flow of air through the use of a bridge circuit of a heating resistor RH and a thermally sensitive resistor EC for detecting the temperature of the air. When a power supply interruption is detected by a power supply interruption detecting circuit 50 for detecting power supply interruptions, a transistor TR1 interrupts a current passing through the heating resistor RH. When the power supply interruption is detected by the power supply interruption detecting circuit 50, writing in an RAM 23 of an adjustment circuit 20 is inhibited, and output before the power supply interruption is held, and its held value is output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
