<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress pressure increase in an ozone-absorption tower by cooling the absorption tower in the case of losing the external operation condition in the ozone-desorption operation and enable the automatic restart of the ozone- desportion operation in the case of the restoration of the external operation condition. SOLUTION: Oxygen is supplied from an oxygen supplying source 4 to an ozonizer 1 and the produced ozonized oxygen is introduced into an ozone- adsorption tower 2 cooled with a refrigerator 9 to effect the adsorption of ozone. The adsorbed ozone is desorbed by supplying a brine from a hot brine tank 6 heated with a heater 7 to the ozone adsorption tower 2 with a pump 8 and raising the temperature of the tower 2. In the case of losing the external operation condition in the ozone-desorption operation of the ozone adsorption tower 2, exclusively the refrigerator 9 is operated to perform the cooling operation of the ozone adsorption tower 2.</p> |
