A driving pulley of an air compressor for a vehicle is provided to prevent cooling performance from deteriorating in case of lower RPM through maintaining appropriately the RPM of the air compressor and to prevent an excessive power from being lost in case of higher RPM through decreasing RPM of the air compressor. A driving pulley(1) of an air compressor for a vehicle comprises a rotation member(10) coupled to the air compressor, a smaller pulley(20), a larger pulley(30), and an engagement member to couple the smaller pulley with the larger pulley according to RPM of an engine. The rotation member rotates according to torque of an engine pulley. The smaller pulley is installed on the rotation member to receive the torque of the engine pulley. The larger pulley is coupled to the smaller pulley while being spaced apart form the smaller pulley. The engagement member includes a centrifugal friction material(40) for the smaller pulley, a centrifugal friction material(50) for the larger pulley, and a link for preventing a slip between the larger and smaller pulleys.
