A door switch installation structure of a vehicle is provided to maintain stable installation state of the door switch and to prevent corrosion of a vehicle body panel, thereby capable of preventing deterioration of rigidity of the vehicle body. A door switch installation structure of a vehicle comprises a fastening groove(1a), a door switch(2), and a regulation screw(4). The fastening groove is formed at an inner wall of an assembling hole of a vehicle body panel(1). The door switch has two fastening members(3a,3b) detachable fastened to the fastening groove. The regulation screw is assembled to two fastening members to move fastening member forwardly backwardly.
