A MICROORGANISM WHOSE EXPRESSION LEVEL OF YDJK IS ENHANCED AND THE PROCESS FOR PRODUCING L-THREONINE USING THE MICROORGANISM

A transformed microorganism producing L-threonine is provided to increase production of L-threonine by increasing the expression level of ydjK gene of which function is not identified in Escherichia coli and having high amino acid sequence similarity to galactose transporter or arabinose transporter. A transformed microorganism producing L-threonine, wherein the expression level of ydjK gene is enhanced, Escherichia coli CO01-0012(KCCM 10804P) is produced by preparing a recombinant vector pCL-ParoF-ydjK containing an ydjK gene by inserting the ydjK gene into apCL1920 plasmid vector, and transforming a microorganism, preferably Escherichia coli with the recombinant vector. A method for producing L-threonine comprises the steps of: culturing Escherichia coli CO01-0012(KCCM 10804P) and isolating L-threonine from the cultured medium. Further, the microorganism is selected from Escherichia coli, Corynebacterium sp., Serratia sp..
