A vibrating sorter for aggregate is provided to increase the quantity of aggregates sorted in one device by making the device large by installing three eccentric cams for generating vibration and to simplify an aggregate sorting system. In a vibrating sorter for aggregate, flywheels for fixing eccentric cams are connected by a universal shaft and rotatably installed at both cover frames(100). A motor is connected to the end of the flywheel by a power transmitting unit. Aggregates falling on a screen net(170) installed between the cover frames are sorted according to the size by applying vibration to the cover frames by driving the motor. First, second, and third flywheels(110a,110b,110c) for fixing the eccentric cams, respectively are installed at the lower ends of both cover frames. The third eccentric cam of the third flywheel adjacent to the lower part of the cover frame is fixed at the different angle of the first and second eccentric cams of the first and second flywheels. Plural striker units are installed at four sides of the lower part of the lowest screen net at regular intervals to hit the screen net disposed at the lowest end, according to the vibration of the screen net. |
