A pixel observation system, a drawing system, a liquid material drawing method, a color filter manufacturing method, and an organic EL(ElectroLuminescence) element manufacturing method are provided to find an erroneous pixel caused due to a discharge defect of a liquid material at an early stage. A drawing system(1) includes a liquid droplet ejection device(10), a pixel observation system(2), and a computer(11). The liquid droplet ejection device ejects and draws a liquid material in liquid droplets. The pixel observation system has an observation unit(3). The observation unit observes a pixel area in which the liquid droplets are ejected and drawn. The computer serves as a general control unit. The general control unit generally controls the liquid droplet ejection device and the pixel observation system.
