A hot water mattress and a bed using the same are provided to heat the mattress rapidly, to install and dismantle the mattress more rapidly, to promote user's health, and to minimize generation of electromagnetic waves by using far-infrared rays. A hot water mattress includes: a mattress frame(11) having a control space and a heating space; an insulating material(12) for performing an insulating function by being installed on the heating space; a heating pipe(13) for performing heating through hot water flowing therein; a hot water tank communicating with the heating pipe, storing the hot water, and having an inlet and an outlet for inflow and outflow of the hot water; a heating module(16) having a pipe(162) and a plate-shaped heating wire(163), and heating the hot water; plural connection pipes(17) for serially connecting the heating pipe, hot water tank, and the heating module; a control panel(18) for controlling the heating module; and a stone plate for covering the heating pipe.
