A rearview mirror device built-in with an OBE(On Board Equipment) and GPS composite terminal is provided to be used more conveniently by outputting traffic information or charge information through a display and a speaker installed above than attached to a dash board. In an intelligent transport system where a terminal in a vehicle communicates wirelessly with roadside equipment at a road, a toll gate, a parking lot, or the like, a rear view mirror device built-in with an OBE and GPS composite terminal comprises the followings: a glass(102) of the rear view mirror; a case(104) of the rear view mirror supporting the glass and mounting a device inside; a support rod(106) attached to a vehicle body, to support the case; a composite terminal(110) mounted in the case to be separated, to supply an ITS and a GPS service; an interface board interfacing the composite terminal and an antenna, and the composite terminal and a signal line(S) and a power line(P) of the vehicle; a button unit(120) installed at the case, to operate the composite terminal; a display(130) installed at the case, to display an operational state of a vehicle speed, traffic information, charge information, and the composite terminal; a speaker(135) installed at the case outputting various information in voice; and a GPS and an OBE antenna installed in the support rod.
