A complex film for a display device and the display device using the same are provided to improve the image quality by increasing the daylight contrast. A complex film for a display device includes a base film, an anti-reflection layer(212), an external beam shielding layer(250), and an adhesive layer(260). The anti-reflection layer is formed on a first surface of the base film and prevents the reflection of an external beam. The external beam shielding layer is formed on a second surface which is opposed to the first surface, and includes external beam shielding patterns having plural external beam shielding units on one surface thereof. The adhesive layer is formed on the external beam shielding layer and contains at least one kind of dye with a selective wavelength absorption property.
