A safety outlet having an anti-electric shock device is provided to allow a user to pull out a plug even without applying much strength by installing a link mechanism formed in the form of a lever. A first portion(A1) of an outlet allows the second portion for pushing a plug to be inserted therein. A third portion as a link mechanism is inserted into a portion(A2). The link mechanism in the shape of a latch is mounted. When a cap is pressed with user's hand, force moves to push up a second portion to allow the plug to be released from the outlet.
