A disk guide apparatus of a disk drive is provided to eject a disk stably without inclining by guiding a side of the disk with a guide member and a guide rail and guiding the other side of the disk with a guide roller. A disk guide apparatus of a disk drive comprises an eject arm, a guide arm, and a guide member(100). The eject arm, rotated at a main chassis(50), guides insertion of a disk(D) and transmits the power of discharging the disk. The guide arm and the guide member are rotated at the main chassis to transmit elastic force toward the disk. The guide arm and the guide member guide the two sides of the disk. A guide rail(66) is installed at a side of the main chassis. The guide member includes a body part, a stepped surface(102), and a guide projection. A catching part is connected with a second elastic member(110). The guide arm includes first and second guide arms(68a,68b).
