A change structure of dumbbells is provided to enable a user to use the dumbbells more simply and easily, to absorb a shock, and to prevent the dumbbells from rolling over and over on the ground. A change structure of dumbbells includes: a weight formed in a square shape with rounded corners for preventing the dumbbells from rolling on the ground; screw thread formed on the dumbbells and the weight for detachably connecting the weight to the dumbbells using a bolt-nut connection type; and a rubber ring attached to a groove formed on the outer periphery of the weight for absorbing a shock.
