A reinforcing plate temporary welding apparatus for an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board), and a reinforcing plate temporary welding method using the same are provided to reduce a man power and a time for aligning a reinforcing plate on a substrate by temporarily welding the reinforcing plate to a welding position of the substrate. A reinforcing plate temporary welding apparatus for an FPCB includes a transfer panel(100), a position designation jig, a reinforcing plate adhering jig(300), an elastic member(400), a heating line, and a compressing press machine(600). The transfer panel has a reinforcing plate fixing hole into which a reinforcing plate is inserted. The position designation jig has a fixed protrusion which is inserted into the reinforcing plate fixing hole, and is coupled to a lower part of the transfer panel. The reinforcing plate is inserted into the reinforcing plate fixing hole. The reinforcing plate adhering jig has a compressed protrusion which is inserted into the reinforcing plate fixing hole, and is coupled to the lower part of the transfer panel. The elastic member is installed on the reinforcing plate adhering jig, and is apart from the reinforcing plate in a state that the reinforcing plate adhering jig is connected to the lower part of the transfer panel. The heating line is installed inside the reinforcing plate adhering jig, and heats the reinforcing plate adhering jig. The compressing press machine compresses the transfer panel, and adheres the reinforcing panel to the substrate by the compressed protrusion.
