A rubber hanger for an exhaust system of a vehicle is provided to reduce over-displacement of an exhaust system by allowing a hanger member to move in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle and allowing an inner rubber and an outer rubber to be subject to restoring force. A rubber hanger for an exhaust system of a vehicle comprises an outer rubber(10) having an oval column shape and an inner rubber(20) having a hollow ball shape. The outer rubber has a communicating hole at one end thereof and a spherical rubber hole connected with the communicating hole. The inner rubber has a through hole at one side thereof and is inserted into the rubber hole of the outer rubber. A head section(31) of a hanger member(30) is inserted into the through hole of the inner rubber. The outer rubber is inserted into a bracket(40) fixed to a vehicle body or a sub-frame. When over-displacement occurs, the hanger member moves in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle and the outer rubber and the inner rubber receive restoring force, so that displacement of an exhaust system is reduced.
