CERAMIDE DERIVATIVES AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF, AND ATOPIC DERMATITIS-TREATING AGNENT

A therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis comprising a ceramide derivative is provided to inhibit or improve inflammatory state of the atopic dermatitis and improve or inhibit excessive proliferation of epidermis, a general symptom of the atopic dermatitis, thereby being effectively used in order to treat atopic dermatitis or other skin diseases requiring inhibition of the excessive proliferation of the epidermis and being useful as a cosmetic composition for preventing the atopic dermatitis, skin dryness and skin aging. A ceramide derivative is represented by a formula(1) or (2) and is prepared by phosphorylating a compound represented by a formula(3) or (4). In the formulae(1) and (2), each R1 and R2 is C4-22 linear or branched alkyl. A therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis, contagious dermatitis, psoriasis or eczema comprises the ceramide derivative as an effective ingredient.
