An apparatus for folding papers for a printing system is provided to form an external diameter transition portion in the outer circumference of an eccentric bushing to form a gap spaced at a predetermined interval between a pair of folding roller, thereby enabling papers to be inserted to between the folding rollers smoothly even when the papers are plural sheets. A pair of folding roller(110) is engaged with each other and is rotated so as for a paper to be inserted and compressed. Each of bushing(120) is separately installed in right and left sides of one of the pair of folding roller. Each of cam-shaped eccentric bushings(130) is separately installed in right and left sides of the other of the pair of folding roller and is formed so as for a part of an outer circumference to be biased. A blade moves in a horizontal direction to compress the paper so as for the paper to be folded and inserted to between the pair of folding roller. If the external diameter transition portion of the eccentric bushing and the outer circumference of the bushing are engaged with each other, the engaged folding rollers are spaced from each other at a predetermined interval so as for plural papers to be inserted to between the folding rollers smoothly.
