METHOD OF MAKING THIN SHEETS CLAD PLATES WITH GOOD CORROSION RESISTANCE

A method for manufacturing a thin sheet clad plate having corrosion resistance property is provided to prevent a groove from being excessively deepened by controlling cooling water and a roughness of base material. A method for manufacturing a thin sheet clad plate having corrosion resistance property comprises the step of processing one side or two side of a base material(100) into 5 to 25 micrometers. A middle junction material(200) and a thin sheet metal(300) having a thickness of 2 millimeters or below are sequentially stacked on one side or two side of the base material. Electrical resistance seam welding is performed while controlling the temperature of the base material and the thin sheet metal by spraying cooling water(500) on a surface of the thin sheet metal.
