An apparatus for adjusting a step of a hinge and a glove box having the same are provided to match a globe box installation part with a globe box with precision through step adjustment of a hinge part. An apparatus for adjusting a step of a hinge includes a fixed shaft(130), a rotary shaft(140), and a coupling member(150). The fixed shaft is provided thereon with a coupling hole(132). The rotary shaft is coupled to the fixed shaft such that the rotary shaft rotates. The rotary shaft is provided therein with an insertion hole(142). The coupling member is simultaneously inserted into the coupling hole and the insertion hole of the fixed shaft such that the fixed shaft is hinged with the rotary shaft. A step adjusting part is formed at the coupling part of the fixed shaft, the rotary shaft, and the coupling member, so that the rotary shaft rotates with respect to the fixed shaft.
