PHOSPHATE SOLUBILIZING BACTERIA ACINETOBACTER CALCOACETICUS CN7 OF BIOREMEDIATION FOR THE RECOVERY OF SALT INJURY SOIL

An Acinetobacter calcoaceticus CN7 strain for solubilizing phosphate is provided to degrade or remove effectively accumulated salts including insoluble phosphate in the soil, so that the strain is useful for improvement of the soil and increase of productivity and quantity of crops. An Acinetobacter calcoaceticus CN7 strain capable of solubilizing phosphate is isolated from the soil by culturing soil samples on a solid medium containing tricalcium phosphate at 30 deg. C for 2-3 days and selecting rapidly grown colonies forming a transparent circle, and is applied to microbial agricultural chemicals, seed coating agent, soil improver, composting agent, foliar spraying agent or drenching agent as an effective ingredient.
