A cooling/heating system using underground air is provided to improve air cooling/heating efficiency for supplying aboveground air to a target space after cooling or heating the same via an underground porous rock layer. A cooling/heating system using underground air includes an intake pipe(20) buried underground for sucking underground air from an underground porous rock layer(100) via a plurality of through-holes(21), a blower(30) connected to the intake pipe for sucking the underground air, a duct(40) connected to the blower for supplying air into a building(200) for heating operation, and an air supply unit installed to the intake pipe or in the vicinity thereof for supplying aboveground air to the porous rock layer.
