A method for composition and transmission of an electronic mail message via an interactive document is provided. The method comprises the steps of: (a) providing a document suitable for composition of the electronic mail message, the document including coded data indicative of an identity of the document and of at least one reference point of the document; (b) composing a written message on the document using a sensing device adapted to sense the coded data when placed in an operative position relative to the document; (c) receiving, in a computer system, indicating data from the sensing device regarding the identity of the document and a position and/or movement of the sensing device relative to the document, the sensing device, when placed in an operative position relative to the document, generating the indicating data using at least some of the coded data; (d) identifying in the computer system, using at least some of the indicating data, an electronic mail message corresponding to the written message composed by the sensing device; and (e) transmitting the electronic mail message to a recipient address. |
