A sound quality variation media player for a vehicle is provided to compensate for the quality of sound by changing frequency based on variation of vehicle speed or variation of surrounding noise. A sound quality of variation media player for a vehicle comprises an audio signal input unit(110), a noise information detection unit(120), a vehicle speed detection unit(130), a sound quality adjusting unit(140) and an audio output unit(150). The audio signal input unit receives audio signals. The noise information detection unit detects noise information including a signal level or a frequency band surrounding noise. The sound quality adjusting unit determines an output-state information of the audio signal based on the noise information and the vehicle speed. The audio output unit outputs the audio signal based on the output-state information.
