A mold system for a panel in a vehicle is provided to avoid undercut by using a cam-block, which is disposed on a guide block fixed to an inclination core. A mold system for a panel in a vehicle comprises a fixed frame and an operating frame having an undercut guide part. The operating frame comes into contact with an inner surface of the fixed frame and includes an ejector plate and an inclination core. The undercut guide part includes a linear core(41) disposed at an upper surface of the ejector plate and a cam-block(42). The cam-block slides with respect to a guide block fixed to the inclination core and the liner core. When the linear core moves, the cam-block moves downs in a transfer direction of the linear core to avoid a first undercut part(82) and a second undercut part(84) of a product(80).
