A cooking method and a cooker are provided to cook a plurality of foods contained in different cooking units at the same time by using steam generated by heating water, and reduce energy consumption by using one heating source for operating the cooker. A cooker(100) which has a body(1) installed in horizontal direction having a cooking space(10), and a cover(3) using an inner space of the body for cooking, comprises a heating unit(20), a cartridge unit(5), and a plurality of cooking units(7). The heating unit is installed below the body for containing water for generating steam on its inside. The cartridge member is configured to be embedded within the cooking space of the body or drawn out. The cooking units are provided on the cartridge member for respectively containing ingredients for cooking. |
