A head for detaching the protection film of a semiconductor strip is provided to simplify the structure and operation of a film detach head by detaching the protection film while firmly holding the edge of the protection film by a gripper. A gripper block(52) is installed in a head block(51), capable of vertically transferring. A fixing gripper(53) comes in contact with the upper surface of a partial edge of a protection film on a strip, fixed to the lower end of the gripper block. A movable gripper(54) holds the edge of the protection film of the strip while one end of the movable gripper is closely attached to or detached from one end of the fixing gripper according as the movable gripper transfers vertically, installed in the gripper block and capable of vertically transferred by a predetermined interval. A first elevation unit vertically transfers the gripper block by a predetermined interval with respect to the head block. A second elevation unit vertically transfers the movable gripper by a predetermined interval with respect to the gripper block. The movable gripper can be closely attached to or detached from the fixing gripper, rotating with respect to the hinge axis(54c) under the gripper block. |
