A car audio system including a hi-pass module is provided to solve traffic delay by connecting a hi-pass server with the hi-pass module and controlling the hi-pass module to pay for toll fee rapidly in a busy situation. A car audio system including a hi-pass module(4) comprises a microcomputer(2), a sound source player(20), an amplifier(7), and speakers(8,14). The hi-pass module communicates with a hi-pass server to pay for toll fee. The microcomputer controls the hi-pass module according to the asked pay information. The sound source player includes one of a tuner(3), a deck driver(9) and a CD player(10), and outputs an audio signal according to the control of the microcomputer. The amplifier amplifies the audio signal outputted from the sound source player. The speakers output the amplified audio signal in an audible frequency band. A storage module(13) stores at least one of ID, balance, bank information, and finance information.
