摘要 A self temperature compensation type NDIR(Non-Dispersive Infrared) gas sensor is provided to eliminate changes in output voltage of a thermopile sensor due to ambient temperature changes by using a differential amplifier circuit. A self temperature compensation type NDIR gas sensor includes a thermopile sensor for infrared measurement, a linear temperature sensor, and a differential amplifier. The linear temperature sensor measures ambient temperature of the thermopile sensor. The differential amplifier differentially amplifies output of the thermopile sensor and output of the linear temperature sensor. A non-inverting terminal of the differential amplifier is applied with output voltage(AOT) of the thermopile sensor, and an inverting terminal thereof is applied with output voltage(AOR) of the linear temperature sensor.
