A sample pre-treatment device and a sample analysis apparatus using the same are provided to maintain a constant volume of a mixing chamber having a pre-treatment liquid even if samples are inputted into the mixing chamber. A sample pre-treatment device includes a sample mixing chamber(10), guide members(20,21), a sample storage member(30), and a sample transfer member(40). The sample mixing chamber is equipped with a piston(12) on one end and has an internal space. The guide members are formed on the wall of the sample mixing chamber. The sample storage member is formed on the wall of the sample mixing chamber, connected to one end of one of the guide members, and has an internal space to receive a sample. The sample transfer member has a thickness to pass through the inside of the guide member. A space is formed in the middle of the sample transfer member to contain only a desired amount of sample.
