摘要 A reflective micro optic interferometer type filter and an application apparatus thereof are provided to mass-produce planar plates of various structures and to obtain the desirable transfer property only by using a planar optical mirror embodiment technology and regulating the thickness and the refractive index. In a reflective micro optic interferometer type filter, a dual collimator(10) expands and collimates the beam incident from an optical fiber and outputs the collimated beam through a lens unit(11). And, the dual collimator focuses the beam outputted through the lens unit and outputs the beam through an output optical fiber. An optical mirror receives the expanded and collimated beam from the dual collimator and reflects the received beam. A planar plate(70) is positioned between the dual collimator and the optical mirror. The planar plate has patterns having the refractive index or distribution of difference of optical paths repeatedly changed, in order to induce certain phase path difference. The planar plate includes a reflection pattern formed between the dual collimator and the optical mirror and provided with the patterns changed repeatedly to induce certain phase path difference.
