A box assembly is provided to prevent noise and to improve durability by connecting a hanging hook of a main body to a holding protrusion of a cover without a clearance with an inclined protrusion formed on the main body. A box assembly comprises the followings: a main body(12); a cover(30) covering the main body by being connected to the main body; a hanging piece(14) protruded from the main body in a cantilever shape, including a hanging hook(15) protruded to an outside of the main body; an inclined protrusion(16) formed at an outside surface of the main body and protruded to an inserting space(S) between the outside surface of the main body and the hanging piece; and a hanging hook(35) protruded from the cover and inserted to the inserting space, including a holding protrusion(37") formed at a place corresponding to the hanging hook to hold the hanging hook, and a front end(38) of an edge of the cover deformed elastically to a far direction from the main body as guided by the inclined protrusion.
