A lead-free glass for forming a partition wall is provided to reduce a content of R2O(alkali metal oxides) to 6% or less. A lead-free glass for forming a partition wall contains 28-44% of B2O3, 26-43% of ZnO, 0-7% of SiO2, 0.1-7% of Al2O3, 0-9% of MgO+CaO, 10-20% of SrO+BaO, 0.1-6% of Li2O+Na2O+K2O, and 0.1-5% of Bi2O3, or contains 38-44% of B2O3, 28-38% of ZnO, 1-7% of SiO2, 1-5% of Al2O3, 0-1% of MgO+CaO, 0-1% of SrO, 10-15% of BaO, 2-6% of Li2O, 0-1% of Na2O+K2O, and 1-4% of Bi2O3.
