A piezoelectric type page width inkjet printhead is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and enable a large area process by using a both-sided copper clad laminate. A piezoelectric type page width inkjet printhead includes an intermediate substrate(300), a lower substrate(400), an upper substrate(200), and a piezoelectric actuator(100). The intermediate substrate has a pressure chamber(340) on the top surface, a manifold(350) on the bottom surface, a restrictor(360), and a damper(370). The pressure chamber is filled with discharged ink. The manifold is connected to an ink inlet to store the introduced ink. The restrictor connects the manifold and one end of the pressure chamber. The damper passes through the other end of the pressure chamber. The lower substrate has a nozzle(410) at a position corresponding to the damper to discharge the ink. The upper substrate seals the upper part of the pressure chamber. The piezoelectric actuator is installed on the upper substrate to supply driving force for discharging the ink to the pressure chamber. The intermediate substrate is formed of a both-sided copper clad laminate which has an upper copper film(310) and a lower copper film(330) on both surfaces of a laminate(320).
