THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL USING X-RAY

A method for manufacturing a lower substrate for a plasma display panel using X-ray is provided to form photosensitive paste with a desired thickness which forms barrier ribs in a high aspect ratio. A substrate is prepared(S101), and then photosensitive paste comprising inorganic particles and a photosensitive compound is applied on the substrate(S103). A photomask with a transmittance region and a shielding region is prepared, and then the photomask is disposed on the photosensitive paste. The photosensitive paste is selectively exposed to X-ray irradiated through the photomask(S105), and then the photosensitive paste is developed to form a barrier rib pattern(S107). The photosensitive paste is subjected to firing(S109).
