An apparatus of cleaning a water pipe is provided to ensure effective maintenance by removing scale using a cleaning device input in the water pipe repair and discharging contaminated water to a drain pipe through a waste valve. An apparatus of cleaning a water pipe comprises a front part(100), a body part(200) and a bottom part(300). The front part includes a spray-revolving body(110) and a cleaning member(120) coupled to an inner wall of the body part. The body part includes a rotation member, a first support motion part(220) and a pair of support motion part. The rotation member rotates the spray-revolving body and the cleaning member. The bottom part is coupled to the body part and moves forward while rotating by the rotation member.
