A method and a device for transceiving data between Internet sites are provided to prevent an unauthorized sender from inputting data and enable a receiver to receive the data from the authorized sender by making the sender receive permission from the receiver before the sender transmits the data to the receiver when the sender transmits the data to the receiver. A sender computer(20) includes a program for transceiving data permitted between a sender and a receiver by connecting to the network(10), requests a reception permission to a receiver computer(30) by transmitting permission request information including a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of the sender, a file position/name, and a data type. The sender computer stores permission code information to a transmission permission list of a sender database(22) when the permission code information combining IP(Internet Protocol), domain, and code information from the receiver, and transmits the permission code information and the data to the receiver computer by displaying the transmission permission list and receiving selection from the sender. The receiver computer stores the received data to a receiver database(32) when the permission code information received from the sender computer is included in a reception permission list.
