A disk brake of a vehicle is provided to maintain uniform interval between a disk and a frictional pad even though the disk and the pad are worn away. A disk brake of a vehicle comprises as follows. A caliper housing(30) is slidable. Frictional pads(20a,20b) contacted to a disk(10) generates friction. A wedge member(60) is equipped with projections that are bilaterally symmetrical at a predetermined angle. A support member(70) supports the wedge member. A drive member(90) pushes the wedge member to allow the frictional pad to be contacted to the disk. In addition, a first drive motor(50) is connected to the drive member and controls movement of the drive member.
