A structure for reducing noise and vibration of a shift cable is provided to reduce noise and vibration transmitted through the shift cable that connects a gearshift lever to a transmission input lever. A structure for reducing noise and vibration of a shift cable comprises as follows. A shift cable(100) includes an iron core(110), a ferromagnetic substance(120) surrounding the iron core and a flexible tube(130) surrounding the substance. A solenoid sensing coil is installed to surround the outer circumference of the shift cable to sense vibration of the shift cable. A vibration coil is installed to surround the outer circumference of the solenoid sensing coil and senses change of the magnetic field of the sensing coil. In addition, a permanent magnet is installed to surround the outer circumference of the vibration coil.
