A loading apparatus for the maintenance of an FPD(Flat Panel Display) manufacturing device is provided to perform maintenance work more conveniently without any worry about safety accidents by separating an upper chamber from a lower chamber and safely withdrawing or mounting various internal equipments without the necessity of turning the upper chamber upside down. A loading apparatus for the maintenance of an FPD manufacturing device comprises a mounting support frame(110) and a conveyance support unit(200). The mounting support frame, of which the center is open, comprises a plurality of support members(118) to be supported on the floor. Under the mounting support frame, a space part(116) is formed. The conveyance support unit is formed so as to be inserted into the space part of the mounting support frame, and the conveyance support unit comprises a lifting support unit which ascends and descends.
