A driving device, a display apparatus including the same, and a driving method thereof are provided to simplify a driving circuit by implementing a chip to select an optimal control signal based on the temperature of the display apparatus. A driving device includes a driving signal determiner(331), a driving signal selector(335), and a driving signal generator(336). The driving signal determiner determines driving signals corresponding to measured currents. The driving signal selector selects an output control signal based on the driving signals and a control signal which is inputted from the outside. The driving signal generator outputs the selected output control signal. The driving signal determiner includes a current signal measuring unit(332) for measuring currents, a data converter(333) for converting temperature corresponding to the measured currents, and a signal selecting unit(334). The signal selecting unit which includes driving signals corresponding to a specific temperature, selects a driving signal based on the converted temperature.
