An organic light emitting display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process and reduce a manufacturing cost by integrally having a pixel confining layer and a black matrix element. An organic light emitting display device includes a pixel electrode(310), and a pixel confining layer(400). The pixel confining layer has an aperture which exposes the pixel electrode or a central portion. The pixel confining layer has a plurality of layers-structure on a cross section plane of the aperture of the pixel confining layer. The layers-structure has a layer made of a material for forming a black matrix which is not a lowest layer of the layers-structure. The aperture of the pixel confining layer exposes a central portion of the pixel electrode. The lowest layer of the layers-structure covers an external edge of the pixel electrode.
