A one touch opening bottle cap is provided to enable a user to open and close an upper cap of a push pull cap consisting of an upper cap and a lower cap without a separate spring. In one touch opening bottle cap, an upper cap(100) and a lower cap are connected to an elastic hinge connector(199) that has the force of being stretched and being restored. A one-touch operation member(300) is installed on the lower cap. The one-touch operation member fixes a stopper fixing portion that extends from one end of the upper cap, and when being pushed, is opened and closed by the restoring force of a hinge connector. The one-touch operation member includes a pushing member and a pushing housing. The pushing housing receives the pushing member to enable the horizontal movement of the pushing member.
