An undercover for a vehicle is provided to prevent a fixing bolt from being separated from a bolt hole by forming a washer fixing part between a spiral fixing part and a head part in the fixing bolt. An undercover for a vehicle comprises an undercover body having a bolt insertion hole. A fixing bolt(300) is installed on the undercover body to protect a bottom surface a vehicle frame. The fixing bolt has a washer fixing part(320) which is formed between a spiral fixing part(310) and a head part(330) in a diameter smaller than that of the spiral fixing part. The fixing bolt is installed in the bolt insertion hole such that the fixing bolt maintains a fixing state by a wash(400) inserted into the washer fixing part.
